Accent Communication Services, Inc.
Accent began operation in Delaware Ohio in the spring of 1991 with one goal in mind; provide the best customer service in the area. This is what we owe our success to over the years. We have remained constant in our basic management team since the beginning. We have grown based on our team communicating our beliefs in customer service to all personnel. It is something that makes us proud.
In business today, how often are you able to keep working with the same group of knowledgable people? It is by listening to all comments, providing a good work environment,and when faced with challenges remember the customer comes first. We are continuing, and will continue, to use this business model for our customers' success.
Sometimes our customers only see a sales person during the proposal stage and we forget to spotlight the team of persons that help make everything possible. In our Delaware and Dayton offices we have over three dozen people that help put everything together. Not to mention the support we receive from our vendor partners (e.g., ShoreTel, Mitel, ESI, Graybar, etc). We have eight(8) ShoreTel trained technicians (of 14 total technicians), which is our flagship offering.
Customer Services
Our customer service team will provide expert support for telecommunication problem isolation andresolution. Once the contact person from your office calls the Customer Service Department (CSD) to report service problems, CSD personnel will enter the on-line problem management system and contact the appropriate service technician. Please note that telecommunications carrier problems will be referred to the responsible vendor. As needed, CSD personnel will perform telecommunication coordination with other vendors. Additionally, Customer Support Department will monitor all problems, report problem status to the appropriate personnel and, if needed, escalate problems until resolution.
Management Team
Finally, the management team is always looking for ways to "put the accent on services". Over the past years we have added applications expertise to our offerings, (e.g., Cisco Certified Technicians, Network Assessments, WAN design, Computer Telephony Integration, ACD platforms, etc...).
